Dietra Hawkins, Psy.D., is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Assistant Clinical Professor at Yale University School of Medicine, specializing in Recovery and Community Health. With nearly two decades of experience, she helps individuals and organizations implement research-based approaches to diversity, equity, and inclusion. A published author and frequent speaker, Dr. Hawkins addresses topics such as Appreciative approaches to system change, Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC), and the healing of racism. Rooted in faith, integrity, and collaboration, her work focuses on bringing people together to facilitate healing. She is a proud mother, wife, Black Catholic, and ally for all in recovery.
