Fellowship Hall
Kelly Scaggs made history in December 2023 when she was appointed Fellowship Hall’s first female President & CEO, bringing over 30 years of behavioral health experience and a steadfast commitment to addiction treatment and recovery services. Her journey with Fellowship Hall began in 2008 as a family therapist, where her clinical expertise and leadership quickly set her apart, leading to her promotion to Clinical Director in 2015.
Kelly’s rich educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mercer University, a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Health Administration from Appalachian State University. She is also a graduate of the Executive Director’s Academy through the Guilford Nonprofit Consortium.
Beyond Fellowship Hall, Kelly is a respected voice in the field, serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) and the Board of Advisors for Appalachian State University’s Beaver School of Health Sciences. Her extensive credentials include licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and an Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICAADC).
Known for her compassion, vision, and dedication, Kelly continues to champion innovation and excellence in addiction treatment—transforming lives and inspiring hope for individuals and families on their recovery journey.
