Project Turnabout

Project Turnabout is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience in providing comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with addiction to alcohol, drugs, and problem gambling. Our main campus, a 131-bed facility located in Granite Falls, MN, serves as the foundation for our continuum of care, which includes inpatient residential treatment, outpatient programs, continuing care, transitional housing, and sober living. We also offer outpatient services through offices in Willmar, Marshall, and Redwood Falls. Committed to the highest standards of care, Project Turnabout is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) at the highest level, ensuring excellence in addiction treatment and recovery services.
